Treat Nasolabial Folds and Marionette Lines with Collagen-Stimulating Filler Treatments Like Radiesse
Are you concerned about wrinkles, sagging skin, or other signs of aging? While we can’t turn back time, we can help you regain your youthful glow. At New U Women’s Clinic & Aesthetics, our Radiesse treatments can help you rediscover radiant, younger-looking skin.
How does Radiesse make me look younger?
Radiesse treatments can help slow and even reverse the signs of aging. It’s a dermal filler made of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres in a water-based gel. Since CaHA is made of calcium and phosphate, which your body already produces, it’s a natural choice.
When injected correctly, patients notice instant volume due to smoothed wrinkles and contoured areas, such as the cheeks, jawline, and hands. It also stimulates the body’s own collagen production, creating natural-looking and long-lasting results.

What can I expect during my Radiesse treatment?
- Consultation and preparation. Your journey begins with a consultation with our team to map out the injection sites and determine the right dosage. Before the procedure, we’ll cleanse the area and apply a numbing cream to ensure your comfort and a painless experience.
- Injections. Once the numbing cream takes effect, we will use a fine needle to inject Radiesse into the targeted areas. The entire procedure usually takes around 30 minutes to complete.
- Aftercare: Mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site is normal but usually fades within a few days. You can return to your daily routine immediately, but avoid strenuous activities and refrain from massaging the treated areas.
How long do the results of Radiesse injections last?
Radiesse offers longer-lasting results compared to other dermal fillers. Its effects usually last 12 to 18 months, although this often varies depending on factors such as age, skin type, and lifestyle.
Can Radiesse be reversed?
Unlike hyaluronic acid-based fillers, Radiesse cannot be dissolved or reversed. The results will fade naturally over time. It’s important to discuss your aesthetic goals and any concerns with our aesthetician to determine if Radiesse is the right treatment for you.

Who are the best candidates for Radiesse injections?
Radiesse is a versatile treatment suitable for all skin types and tones. Ideal candidates are in good health and have realistic expectations about the results. However, Radiesse is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, nursing, or have a history of allergic reactions to its components. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your medical history and skin goals to determine if Radiesse is right for you. Please share any allergies, medical conditions, or medications with our providers so we can create a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.
Where can Radiesse be used?

- Nasolabial folds: Smoothing out deep smile lines.
- Marionette lines: Softening the lines that run from the corners of the mouth to the chin.
- Contouring: Enhancing the definition of your cheeks and chin.
