Hi, I’m Dr. Rachel Fidino. I’m so excited to be a part of your wellness journey! I am a double board-certified and dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over 12 years of clinical experience. My passion lies in empowering women to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. I specialize in gynecology, genetics, and aesthetics, blending my medical expertise with a deep commitment to helping you feel confident inside and out.
I grew up in Waitsburg before moving to Walla Walla when I was 21. I relocated to the Tri-Cities while working as a labor and delivery registered nurse at Kennewick General Hospital. After years of practice, I founded New U Women’s Clinic & Aesthetics in February 2020, a one-stop solution that addresses almost every aspect of a woman’s life. My practice has proudly earned the titles of Best Women’s Clinic, Weight Loss Center, and Med Spa in the Tri-Cities for three straight years (2022, 2023, and 2024).
I firmly believe that healthcare should be personalized and holistic. That’s why I focus on listening to your concerns and tailoring treatments to meet your unique needs. Whether it’s offering advanced gynecological care or the latest aesthetic treatments, my goal is to help you look and feel your best.
I believe health and wellness are about more than just medicine. They involve creating balance, finding joy, and embracing the beauty of a simpler, more intentional life. That belief inspired me to create La Canneberge in September 2022, where I merge my love for health, sustainability, and mindfulness with curating natural products.
Over the years, my passion for medicine has grown into a commitment to improving lives in the most meaningful ways possible. While my medical journey started in traditional practice settings, I quickly realized that my calling was bigger than clinical care alone. That’s what led me to co-found The Healing Hands Project, where we provide free menstrual hygiene kits to homeless and low-income women.
I am a passionate advocate for women’s health. I played a key role in passing Washington State’s SB 5396 in 2023, which ensures insurance coverage for breast MRIs for women at risk of breast cancer. In 2021, I was recognized as 1 of 10 Young Professionals in Business under 40 by the Tri-Cities Journal of Business. In 2022, I was honored with the ATHENA Young Professional Leadership Award for my leadership and impact in advancing healthcare for women. I am also a National Keynote Speaker in Cancer Genetics and an FDA trainer for Merck. I speak regularly at national conferences on women’s health.
Tikina Raino

Tikina Raino recently relocated to the Tri-Cities from Fort Worth, Texas, and is excited to serve the community as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about providing comprehensive, holistic, and compassionate care to women throughout every stage of life.
Tikina brings a diverse clinical background with nursing experience in Observation, Medical-Surgical, and Progressive Care settings, allowing her to approach patient care with a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective. She values building strong relationships with her patients and creating a welcoming environment where women feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healthcare journey.
Outside of the clinic, Tikina enjoys dancing, listening to 80s and 90s R&B, and traveling to explore new places.
Mia Krastins
Master Aesthetician
Mia is a licensed Master Aesthetician with advanced training in medical aesthetics and a passion for helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin. With a background in sales and relationship management, Mia is dedicated to creating personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and lifestyle. Her approach combines clinical knowledge with a thoughtful, results-driven philosophy, ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and empowered throughout their skincare journey.
Inspired by her own experience with acne and the transformative impact of professional treatments & medical- grade skincare, Mia is deeply committed to education, skin health, and long-term results. Born and raised in Kirkland, Washington, she has loved getting to know the Yakima community and building meaningful connections with clients both in and outside the treatment room.
Outside of work, Mia enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and fur babies. She loves being outdoors in sunny weather—whether she’s golfing, spending time by the water, or practicing yoga. At New U Women’s Clinic & Aesthetics, Mia strives to deliver exceptional care and help clients look and feel their best.
